The Health Connection opened in 1990 when there was no health club facility/fitness center available to the public in Berlin, WI, and the surrounding area.

Our mission: To provide a facility open to the public where a person can pursue a healthier, vibrant life through improvement or maintenance of physical, emotional, and mental fitness.

This is reflected through our motto of “Make exercise a part of your lifestyle!”
